On this date, the first “Upenskills” meeting took place in the beautiful Latvian capital of Riga.
Through this occasion the partners involved in the Erasmus+ project meat in order to outline the first guidelines for the project about young entrepreneurship and their education.
In this particular occasion, for the very first time, Young Effect meat the other partners associations that will take care of the elaboration and of the success of the Upenskills project in the next 2 years. So, we’ll collaborate with : the Latvian hosting association BOA (Baltic Ontopsycology Association), the Spanish CEEI association of Burgos , the University of Patras (Greece), Breza association from Croatia, INPRO from Poland and finally, NTNU from the Norwegian University of science and technology .
During this meeting, we discussed about How to make this project work, the goals we want to achieve and Which kind of tools we have to elaborate to do so. Moreover, we successfully divided the tasks per partner in order to equally contributing to the work.
The main aim of the project is to create a portrait of a successful entrepreneur. Besides, identify similarities and differences within the different European countries and make a portfolio of best practices in order to create the best training for young entrepreneurs.
Meeting the other participants has been a great pleasure and it was very interesting to talk and exchange opinion among people from different countries and belonging to different working areas. We all had very different vision and approach on the topic but at the end we could all agree on the same outcome.
At the end of the meeting day, we had the amazing opportunity to visit the city of Riga with the young Eliza, as well as the main conductor of the project together with her teacher Polina.
